Freedom To Dance is invited to minister during the Ugly Christmas Sweater Showcase for two songs (first and last songs) at Lighthouse Christian Church in Rosemount at 3pm on Sunday, December 17th. The showcase will include Christmas songs and a play put on by the youth to give praise to Emmanuel, for coming to give us life and joy! Let us join in praising the LORD God for all He has done, including the gift of sending Jesus!! The event is free and no tickets are needed to attend, so feel free to invite others! Let us know if you are able to come and glorify the LORD that day.

There will also be a dress rehearsal on Friday, December 15th, at 6:30 pm at Lighthouse Church. Dancers are not required to be there, however it will give an extra opportunity to practice with the worship team.

WHAT TO WEAR:  Please wear WHITE/BLACK for the gals and WHITE/BLACK for the guys.  We will provide skirts or overlays for females, as well as accessories for all.  For females, please wear modest, all white tops (sparkles are fine but no colored designs please) and black pants/capris/culottes (black leggings or tights are fine for those under 12) .  Males please wear white tops (white buttoned shirt preferred) and black bottoms. We have a few extras, but not enough for everyone. 🙂 Nude/flesh colored dance shoes or going barefoot is fine.

The Freedom To Dance Christmas Party and potluck will be Thursday, December 21st. We will start a little earlier at 6:30pm with the potluck and then celebrate Jesus’s first coming with dancing afterwards in the Worship Center.  (There will also be a Lighthouse Youth Christmas party happening at the same time in the Life Center, so we will be in foyer for the potluck.) Families and significant others are invited to join us!

We will provide dishes and drinks. Please bring a favorite dish or snack to share!!

Please intercede for Jolene and Coral Marek this week as they are in Texas (they drove down this past weekend) doing outreach Dec. 10-13 with Love Dallas and whatever else the LORD leads them to do before returning to Minnesota for this weekend. Prayers needed for:

1. Believing God for provision all the way down and back. 
2. Trusting Him for Governmental power and angels released in our border states and over the Capitals…”Lift up your heads, O gates, And be lifted up, O ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in!” (Psalm 24:7) ALL FOR YOUR GLORY!
3. Believing that hearts be prepared: our hearts and those people we will meet. That the 24/7 prayer room be fueled and fired up by the power of the Holy Spirit and outreaches too.
4. That Coral and our whole family be impacted and protected by the Holy Spirit! Protect and provide all that is needed, Lord!
